A. Any application for such use shall state the legal names of all individuals intended to have more than a 5% ownership in such use or in a corporation owning such use and an on-site manager responsible to ensure compliance with this chapter on a daily basis. A telephone number shall be provided where the on-site manager can be reached during Township business hours. Such information shall be updated at the beginning of each year, in writing, to the Zoning Officer.
B. As specific conditions of approval under this chapter, the applicant shall prove compliance, where applicable, with the following state laws, as amended: the Pennsylvania Liquor Code, Act 219 of 1990 (which pertains to sale or consumption of alcohol between 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.), Act 207 of 1990 (which pertains to obscenity) and Act 120 of 1996 (which pertains to adult-oriented establishments and which limits enclosed viewing booths, among other matters).
