A. The applicant shall describe the types and maximum weights of aircraft and the hours of operation, as well as measures that will be used to minimize noise nuisances to dwellings.
B. As part of a special exception application, the applicant shall provide evidence that flight patterns will be designed to minimize noise nuisances to dwellings.
C. Each end of a runway shall be set back a minimum of 200 feet from all lot lines. Each side of a runway shall be set back a minimum of 100 feet from all lot lines.
